The website, www.nuvoryn.co.za looked completely authentic, as does the UK version.

After ordering online and paying via credit card I received two emails the same day -6th Jan 2012, stating that my order had been placed and my delivery was shipped.

However, repeated phone calls to a Cape Town number, I got through to an American sounding man, who didn't really know where the parcel was or what a parcel tracking number was. He kept saying that it depended where it was sent from ... either the UK or Australia and he would get back to me.

However its a month later.. no news, no parcel, no clue. After searching on the internet i realised that this is not the first time and many more people have gone through the same thing in a very short period of time.
