This complaint has only to do with the online ordering process and their lack of customer service. When I decided to order this oven online I was informed that I would be offered a couple bonus items for free, I just paid seperate S&H fees. First bonus item offered was the party mixer which is basically a magic bullet of which I already own, however figrued it would be nice to have a matching one for the oven so I accepted only to find out after that the seperate S&H fee was 19.99 so the next bonus item being a pizza kit I declined only to them be offered it for half the S&H fee of 19.99 so instead I could have it for only 9.99 S&H so at that point I figured I could remove the party mixer from my order once I got to the view cart screen and then either try to add it back for half the S&H fee or just start over and decline it from the start to be offered the half S&H.

Well I never got to review my order before it was placed and processed,  I was never given the chance to review anything before my credit card had been billed therfor didn't even have the chance to cancel out the order and start over. I emailed them right away informing them that I never would have agreed to pay 19.99 S&H for the party mixer and planned on removing it from my order had I been given the chance plus I noticed that it appeared as if I was going to be charged $237.00 when I had opted for the 3 payment plan option so I wanted to confirm that I was only being charged the 1st payment plus S&H and that the mixer would be removed from my order.

4 days later the oven arrives however I still haven't recieved a response in regards to the charges so I figured being there was only 1 box that the company didn't see a reason to hold up my oven shipping when the problem was with one of the bonus items. The following day my husband and I decide to open the box and I first pull out the invoice which confirms that I was only charged the 1st payment plus S&H however the S&H fee is 79.85 which seems to be alot in my opinion, however I was even more shocked to discover that not only was the oven in this box but so was the party mixer as well as the pizza kit for which I paid SEPERATE S&H fees for.

My problem here is if you are charging Seperate Shipping fees then they should be shipped seperate right? Otherwise just say seperate processing fees, that I can understand but charging me shipping fees for something you ship with something else is outragous not to mention the shipping fees themselves are very  high, I mean a month ago I shipped my son a package weighing 50lbs to South Korea and that only cost me 60.00 where as this box weighed 30lbs and cost me almost 80.00?

Next I still am awaiting a response to my original inquiry regarding the shipping fees for the party mixer, I expected I would have gotten a response either offering to 1: charge me only half of the original S&H fee or 2: Remove it from my order but I didn't get either. Not being able to view your order before it is placed is simply bad business in my opinion and some would probably say to me, well why didn't you just cancel the whole order and start over? My answser is that I was never given the chance to, before I knew it the order was placed. I went from payment information screen to thank you for your order without there ever being anything inbetween. When ordering online I am use to inputing my payment information way before the last step of the ordering process however this time it truly was the last step never being given the chance to review or chance your order.

I will say I am very pleased with the oven itself and have never had a product ordered from seeing it on tv work just as promissed. So the product itself is not the problem here, it is the ordering process and then to add insult to injury their lack of customer service when there is a problem. Sure I could send the product back as their is a 90 day guarantee however of course that is less S&H charges which of course are my complaint here!
