NWE EVERSTRONG DIET TRUE GRADE GARCINIA IS ACTUALLY ALPHA CONNECT RIP OFF SCAM UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES PHOENIX Arizona

In July 24, 2016, I ordered a 2 Week TRIAL BOTTLE OF Garcinia Cambagia. The order was received about four days later. I then went online to research the product. I wasn’t too worried about wasting the $4.95, if it helped me lose weight, then wonderful, if not, I wasted $4.95...STUPID but not a life changer.

On July 8, 2016, I signed into my bank account and was STUNNED when I saw a $84.52 debit purchase! I immediately wanted to call the company, BUT, I couldn’t find the number on the web. I Googled EverStrong and there was NOTHING for them. I then called my bank. I told them I did NOT purchase this item, and I don't even know what it is.

They gave me the phone number, and THEN it dawned on me, I wonder if it is related to the Garcinia Cambogia purchase. So I looked, and THAT IS THE ANSWER. This ‘COMPANY’ charged my bank account on July 7, 2016 for $84.52. The bank Representative told me to call the company and try to take care of it with them first, of course, I knew this to be the first step. 

So I phoned, CUSTOMER SERVICE. (I am going to attach a notice I found about this company I found on a public website after speaking with them.)  

But anyhow, the lady I spoke with her name was Lakesia. She then said that I did not read the whole purchase and that ‘what I did pay for shipping.’ The first charge was SHIPPING. I was charged AND given the product at a price of $4.95. (I guess they extended me credit that I didn’t know about,)  Then July, 2 weeks later , they charge for the product which costs $84.52!!

I argued with her. I was crying. I was upset. I have been going through a lot and I told her that this was the straw that was going to break my back. I was crying and yelling, and I just cannot afford to lose $84.52. I am physically unable to work, I live alone, I have no family, no friends, and my life is not a good one, and there's nothing I can do about it. 

She said she could refund 50% of the $84.52. I told her I am not accepting 50%, I did NOT agree to this, and I want ALL of my money back. I told her I would take my life and leave a note that Everstrong was the camel that broke my back. I told her how I have nobody to help me, I never have company,

 I haven’t been to a McDonald's in a year and 1/2, and that I don’t go anywhere except to my doctor appointments. THEN she said, I can refund 75% of the purchase. I hung up on her. 

I then called my bank again, and told them what happened. I spoke with a man named Tim. He told me that my debit card would be canceled as that is policy whenever an unauthorized purchase is made, so now I have to get a new debit card. 

Tim told that nothing could be done at this moment as the purchase is still in ‘pending’ on my account. 

When it is actually withdrawn from my account, then I can make a DISPUTE about the money and they will investigate and I will get my money back, hopefully. If the company is true to their word which I highly doubt, I will get at least, $63.39 in 3-5 business days.

 So now it’s a waiting game. I received an email from NWE EVERSTRONG DIET that I will also receive a refund of 21.13. 

his company is ripping people off all over the internet. 

I called the company after reading about them on a SCAM ALERT SITE, and when the lady answered I said, what company am I talking with? 

You are speaking with ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE.’ I asked, customer service of what company? Just customer service. 

She would not give me a name. In fact I asked what products do you sell, I was told, skin care products!! 

I asked, don’t you sell Garcinia Cambogia? Oh, yes we do. I then asked, are you really Alpha Connect? She hesitated, and then said, yes we are. !!!! BINGO!!  

So I know this company sells all kinds of products all over the internet, including Facebook, medical websites, everywhere. Being deceitful, and hiding the true facts of how they operate. 

I would NEVER ever paid $4.95 and then allow them to bill me the $84.52 in two weeks. NEVER, EVER, EVER! This was NOT TOLD on the site when I ordered it. It said 4.95 free trial, no OBLIGATION! Why would a company take the chance of not getting their money? What they did is SCAM ME. They say 4.95 trial, no obligation. BUT, what they do after is say, you paid for shipping FIRST, you receive the product, THEN WE CHARGE YOU FOR IT TWO WEEKS LATER. No company I know extends almost 100.00 credit in this way.

THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE.
