NW&P - NWP Services Corporation) SAME SERVICE EXTRA $22.00 INCREASE A MONTH FOR NOTHING Irvine California

I moved to St.Croix Apts in October '07 with understanding i would be paying water. ive lived in 2 bedroom apartment and rented a 3 bedroom home before, the most my water bill was 25-35 for either. I get my first bill in November 07 fw/st croix a freaking $40 something bill for water/trash i was upset, because how and im living in a 1 bdrm apt. So i said maybe just first month now its been over $38 every month. My lease came time to renew and we have new management (dang) and they were increasing $30.plus hated paying robbery NWP svc corp. so i looked around for some places but couldnt really find anything nearby my job. So I settle for resigning my least in sept. beginning Oct-08 with the anticipation of paying extra $30. I get a paper from managment trash/water would increase...I get it new management , new contract rate go up.. right. yeah right up to $61.00. Freaking $61.00 for a 1 bdrm 667 sq ft. A 3 bdrom home didnt cost that even watering the grass and trash pick up. The trash base fee was 7.14 it double to 14.21 and they came up with this new allocated trash fee of 8.89 which never existed to this last month (10/08) and management is just as stupid for not knowing what was increasing and what my bill meant. NWP says talk with management and management says call NW&P, and so it came to this WE HAVE NO INDIVIDUAL METER SOOOOOOOO, EVERY 1 BEDROOM with my sq ft pays $61.00...the guesstimate is that we all use 25.15 allocated sewer (flushing yea right) , $14.21 plus 8.89 = $23.10 for trash fees, $11.45 allocated water & 3.00 svc fee (SUCKS BUTT). So a total of $53 for doing nothing different in a matter of a month. RIP OFF NW&P...anyone moving in rental apartment please verify that NWP services corporation formerly NW&P is not the their water/trash provider.
