NW&P/GREENHOUSE HOLCOLMB/ JASMIN HOLCOLMB DO NOT LIVE HERE !!! IT's a DUMP W/ a GOD AWFUL UTILITY company NW&P ALPHARETTA GEORGIA

I live in Greenhouse Apts. It is now called Jasmine on Holcomb Bridge. I get very high Water and Sewer bills. I am billed by NW&P and last months bill was 48.00 for one person. I have complained to the managment at Jasmine Holcomb Bridge and they said they have nothing to do with the billing. Per them, it is calculated by square footage.

My boyfriend has 2 roommates and a 3 bdrm apt in another complex close and his bill was half of what mine was and is on a consistant bases. I'm upset.

Within 3 months of living here Jasmine/Greenhouse Holcomb Bridge. I found an ID for my neighbor on my second floor patio. As I walk to my car to go to work in the morning. I have to dodge DOG CRAP and condoms. Once I got in my car and found both legs of my pants covered with DOG POO. I had to go to work like that or be late. The management nor the dog owners here care. It's god awful.

I pay extra b/c I have a grassy knoll behind my house. I get the lovely view of out door grills, my neighbors dog chained up to a tree with all types of unsanitary pet toys. Me nor my 11 yr old son can enjoy because we're afraid of dog poo. I do not bring guest to my house b/c as you approach the apt complex at night there are huge ROACHES that scatter. My terrance/breezeway is decorated with YARD trashbags In front of my neighbors door, 2-3 chairs, dog chains, PISS AND POO STAINS. I wish I could attach a video I have that is evidence of the filth.

ASIDE from the unsanitary living situation.. think of what happens when people try to escape from a fire with chairs and YARD GARBAGE BAGS in front of the stairs and in the BREEZEWAYS. For your SAFETY and HEALTH. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. The management does not care.
