I ordered a lowering link for my Yamaha sport bike from NYC Parts online directly from their website: http://nycparts.com ! They claimed to ship the part within 48-72 hours of receipt of payment. 


I recieved reciept of order and authorization of payment success immediately on Aug 1 through my email (which I still have). Payment of 66.47 was taken out of my acct, however it is now the 14th and I still do not have the part. 

I called customer service on the 12th and left a brief description of the problem and my phone number. I was contacted back by a guy who said that he'd check to see if the part was shipped and get back to me. He is yet to get back to me.

I then google searched the company and found other complaints similar to my own. I have tried to contact them several times since they said that they'd contact me, but can not get past the answering machine. I am not happy, and want restitution! I do NOT recommend dealing with this company!
