I recently purchased a terrible liquid liner from NYX Cosmetics and decided to contact customer service. Their customer service reps didn't help or resolve my problem in any way. Their company refused to answer my email and it has been 2 weeks. Their products are cheap and nlack quality.They did not resolve my issue and this is the last time I purchase from such a poor company.
