O C Mover Totally unreliable - Garden Grove, California

This Guy is totally useless and unreliable person i ever seen my life.  I call him on wednesday july 29, 2011,   asking him if he can help me move on coming sunday which was july 4th.  He ask me to email him details of the move, like adress of to and from, items we moving, etc. so i did. Next day i call him and ask for quate he quated me that he useally charge $55/ hour for two man and trcuk and since i dont have any furniture execpt small sofa, he will do at flat rate of $ 350.  I said ok, its deal. he said, he will send me the confirmation email  and let me know what time he is going to be there on sunday. He never email me. I  called him on friday evening,  he did not even remeber me or anything about moving. After explaining him for 15 minute he said ok i remeber now and i will email you tomorrow moring but it never happen. Saturday evening, i called him again, same problem, he did not remember a thing.  He told me to email him all detail from where i am moving and where i am going. and i said i already emailed you and we discuss whole thing twice. He finally remeber and said he is going to be at my place at 11:00 am. Next i packed everything, empty my refrezerator and ready to move, it was 12:00 pm and he was not there. i called him and he said i leaving right now and will be there in one hour. but you live very far and its Sunday so i have to charge you $ 750.  I said we just discuss yesterday, finalised everything, you agree to do everything at $ 350,  so you can not change now, its too let. He kept saying no that was for week days price and today is sunday.  i told him you knew it yesterday and you knew it on thursday that  i moving on sunday. you can not change price now. he hung up on me . never pick up my phone. i had no choice but get Uhaul and get some peaple from home depot and move evrything my self.  NEVER TRUST THIS MAN. HE WILL LEFT YOU WAITING AT YOUR HOME AND WILL NEVER SHOW UP.
