My husband who has some difficulty with understanding the English language, was approached at our home by a quick-talking salesman from O Premium Waters who stated that we would not be charged until two mths. later for the service and would receive all the water our family could drink.

We were charged on our debit card immediately and did manage to get that situation rectified; however, recently we requested an additional two (2) five-gallon water jugs at each delivery and we were given to understand that any more than 10 gallons would exceed the national average and therefore, we would be charged an additional $4.00 per bottle!

Their written advertisements and web site both claim that one would receive all the water that their family can drink - Period!

There is no evidence of information either on the web site, pamphlets or given orally by the salesmen about a limit. This is totally contradictory and rather seems like false advertising.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this practice. I do not like being told that although a businesses advertisements say one thing, that the contract in very, teeny, tiny letters states that there is a limit. This is out and out lying and very poor customer service. I for one will not tolerate such behavior!
