O PREMIUM WATER ripoff, deceiving, dishonest, liars, bad customer service, charge additional fees for their errors MESA Arizona

In august or late july a sales rep, by the name of phillip came to my home and advertised of a great deal o'premium water was having, adv for 39.99 a month. I could have up to 20 bottles of water a month and after 6 months the water dispenser is mine. He told me I could cancel at any time and that if I cancelled prior to the 6 months they would just come pick up the water dispenser.

I then called my husband while he was waiting to get ok with him, because Phillip stated that this would be the only time i could get this deal and that I could not call him later to get same deal. I told my husband that we could cancel anytime and that after 6 months the water dispenser is ours.

My husband gave the ok and phillip filled out the form for me and asked me to sign at bottom, just stating he explained everything to me. But then he asked me to initial a box that gave permission to direct debit my checking account and I said no. I told phillip that i did not want any more direct debits out of my checking account. I had told him I had enough of those. He stated he would tell them to direct bill me, but that this was for their records. I wrote a check for 39.99 and that was that.

Then a month later I received a call from o'premium waters asking to call them. Then next day they called again and my husband happened to be home. He spoke with a rep and she stated they did not have correct checking account # and needed it to direct debit my checking account. My husband called me at work and I told no, phillip was suppose to tell them to direct bill me. My husband then called back o'premium waters and told them that I wanted to be direct billed and that Phillip was suppose to change to direct bill.

Customer service rep stated they don't direct bill anyone. My husband called me again and told me they don't direct bill. I told him to call back and cancel. my husband did and then was told I signed a 36 month contract.

Oooh my goodness, were we upset. My husband went round and round with them. All they kept saying, she signed a 36 month contract even when he told them the rep lied to me.

My husband then went online to find their web site and he found ripoff report web site. I was so shocked to see all these people having same issues and also different ones. My husband and I then went on bbb of arizona and found that they have been suspended from bbb for these same practices. I will be filing a complaint with them as soon as I'm done here. I will also be filing a complaint w/the attorney generals office and everyone having problems with them should do the same. If the attorney general's office gets enough complaints they will file a class action lawsuit.

Today I came home and received a bill from o premium water in the mail stating I owe them 64.99. They added a 25.00 fee because they could not direct debit my checking account. They are the ones that wrote my account # incorrectly and not to mention I did write them a check for 39.99 that cleared my bank.

How can a company take advantage of people like this? How come we are all having the same complaints and nothing is being done? Normally my husband and I are pretty careful, but I trusted and believed what Phillip was telling me. Why would I not trust what I thought was a reputable company.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!
