in november 2003, right after i came home from the nursing home following a surgery: an oprmium water represenitive came to my home to introduce the product. i decided to accept and the man read the material to me because i was not able to do so.

he told me i was signing up for a year for 12 gallons of water per month and the cooler, and cooler would be mine at end of year. the cost was $19.99 per month. i signed the paper. he told me that i could send a check in each month. after sending in the first payment from my checking account, the company proceeded to automatically take money out of my account. so not only were they getting my check but also the were taking out an extra $19.99 per month and sometimes they even took it out more than once.

I called the company and they reimberced the extra $19.99 per month. then i went to the doctor about my arm (im 71 yrs old) the doctor said i could no long lift the heavy water bottles the company was sending me and he wrote a letter telling the company. the company said all they could do was give me 1gal. containers. i told them they were still to heavy. the lady behind the desk reached over, stuck her finger in my face and asked how i was able to lift milk. she was very rude.

well after explaining i get soy milk in small cartons, (not that it was any of her business) she said they would come take the cooler and the company would send me small individual bottles of water. now i get 9gals. a month no cooler and im paying the same amount. on top of that they again took money from my account ($15.99) twice, for each case of water they brought me.

there should not be any extra charge for it. the company is also giving my daughter and other people ive talked to the same and different problems. they are rude and they lie about the service. and at the end the cooler doesnt even belong to you.
