Purchased spa on internet. Cover was damaged on delivery, never replaced. Spa broke down after 1 month--Control panel failed, lights and some pumps not working. Took over 6 months of the run around and calling my credit card to re-credit me while investigation was on. Finally after another 2 months they sent some parts, but who was going to install them? Finally had a local spa service tech get everything installed. Problem was water leak into a bottom light and kept shorting out the system among other problems. They O2 sports did re-imburse me for the service techs bill. After this the heater just went. The spa is just over a yr old and now I have to try and get in contact with them. Problem is old number is out of service and seems like some new company has taken over. I don't know if they company is bankrupt and a creditor has taken over. It would not suprise me!
