O2 Sports - KSood Spa_Unlimited, Ioni Petrov, EzeeDeals We were ripped off 3548.00 for a Nassua Hot tub Spa, 138 NR 21" monitor DvD/cd player ect. we never received!!!!! Chino California

We purchased this tub on e-bay in March and paid with a Master Card, they were happy to take our money, but it was all downhill from then on. After 6 weeks had elapsed and no word and no tub, I sent an email, i did get an answer, and was told there was problems with production of the monitors and to please wait a couple of weeks. After that communication was terrible, answering machines to leave messages on with promises to leave your name & phone # and they would call back.They didnt.

By this time 2 months had went by, our credit card company said it was too late to get to refunds due to 60 days had passed. My husband had checked their feed back and saw that people were upset that it took an average of 3-4 months to get their tubs, but they seemed happy with the tubs, so we decided the wait would be worth it. We finally were able to talk with people who gave us the run around.

They said we would receive a tracking number in a week and when that didnt happen we called back and was told that they were under new management and the people who were in charge had been fired. Well we did get a little hopeful then but a week passed and then we were told they no longer were representing this company. After that, when we tried to call, the phone # would not work. I phoned the police dept. in Chino and was told that it was a civil matter , not fraud.

We actually felt sorry for this person, But, I would like to know why, if this company was above board, why would not the new management get in touch with all their unsatisfied customers and try to make it right. Another odd thing is that e-bay seems not to have a record of this transaction, but i printed out the transaction. I have the item # and the order confirmation. If the shoe was on the other foot, I have no doubt ,the company would already have a lein on my house.
