I am the owner of  Loan Fraud Investigations in California. 

Oak Consulting has taken an  audit that I did for a client, and has duplicated it for their own use.  The audit is taken word for word in most cases of what I have written.

I have attempted to contact the owner, James Zimmerman, regarding his copyright violations of my work.  He does not return my calls.

Zimmerman is now advertising his work, by sending sample copies to many different attorneys by email. 

The sad part is that he has made errors in his evaluations and is not using current information or court rulings.  His "audits" are error ridden in many areas.

Furthermore, he does not know the basis for many creative arguments that I have developed.  As a result, he cannot accurately explain the thinking behind the arguments.

What I find reprehensible is that a person who is attempting to help homeowners in distress by finding violations of law in their loan documents, is actually engaging in copyright infringements himself.

As I finish writing this, I will be directing my attorney to send a "Cease and Desist"  letter regarding the copyright violations.
