Tim Gallagher and owner Martin C Klagholz defrauded our organization. We were experiencing issues with our equipment when Tim Gallagher proposed we get new equipment and he would lower our payments. It turns out that his company simply put different covers on the machine and resold the same one to us as new.
He also leased this same machine to us through another bank, and now we are getting billed twice for the same equipment. Mr Gallagher and boss Martin C Klagholz do not return our phone calls. The business was called Oak Systems when we originally sourced the equipment, and now they are called KBS360. Apparently Oak Systems lost their license to sell Pitney Bowes equipment but told us that they had not lost it. We have confirmed through Pitney Bowes that Oak Systems is not authorized by Pitney Bowes. We are seeking legal advice.
Avoid this company at all costs! Hopefully there are not other victims of this company like us.

I recently was informed that there was a report filed on this website that listed untrue information about our company and decided to read it. Wanted to emphatically state that this post is absolutely untrue. We have been in business for more than 30 years and have serviced and supplied over 10,000 customers and have never had a claim like this made against us. Probably filed by a competitor that is jealous of our continued success. Spoke to everyone in our company that would have been involved in a situation like this, including Tim Gallagher as well as our warehouse manager and service technician, and all have confirmed that this never happened. Nor do they or I have any recollection of this claim or any dealings with a person supposedly named 'Rick', who made this claim. If 'Rick' was this upset he would have most certainly contacted us before posting these lies. Notice that 'Rick' posted anonymously and didn't name a company. If 'Rick' wants to contact me I've posted all of my contact information, and am not hiding behind my computer. Same with any customer or potential customer, I am more than willing to address any questions or concerns you may have.
