I'll make this brief and to the point! This man is a horrible person who is rude and plays God with the Oakland County FOC. He is rude and was horrible and condescending to me. He makes recomendations to fathers against children with no facts. Based on my experience he lied. Then he lied again on paper and wouldn't allow us to meet with the court. All in all he plays a game and has the "power" to work with the FOC administrator as a chief assistant.
Says he has a social worker and counselor degree for the Friend of the Court in Oakland County, but in checking Michigan licenses could find none.
Know other people who said he was not at all easty to work with. I recall the word "jerk" from one attorney that dealt with him. Another person knew him at Brandon Schools where he was apparently a track coach. Then at Oakland University. Somehow he became a family counselor affecting people's lives and their children. He doesn't appear to have any compassion. In my experience he has been mean, condescending and biased. He is only for the father regardless of the facts.
I truly think he has destroyed my family and is continuing to do it! Could he hate women? Why would somebody working for our court system be in a position like this? And he appears to have the power to go and right orders and deny access to the judge! Who appointed him or elected him to dictate our children's lives. Please complain and research and let me know what you find! Rodney Yeacker....Oakland County, Michigan!

i bring up a concern about a dishonest "family counselor" and your comments are brief with total disregard? What is your angle? Who are you? Have you ever been victimized by the FOC?
Let me just answer your accusatory and questionable statements.
my friends and I checked with the State of Michigan and Rodney was not licensed for any of psychological or counselor licenses or anything relevant. This is what the FOC is doing by hiring unlicensed people so you cannot sue them. Also, hiring people who want to pretend they are God and keep cases from going to court.
i had custody of my Honour roll daughter who graduated from a top college all her life. Had custody of my son from the separation when he was 4 until he was 17 1/2. He also was an honor's student who is now attending a major university. However, the year that Rodney sat in a back room and took away my wonderful custody where I was a number 1 mother was illegal! He got away with it! Ask attorney Renee Guccinardo and Judge Gorcyca how he keeps being allowed to break the law with the help of attorney and referee Cronin? It is illegal to take away an existing custody arrangement without an evidentiary hearing which Rodney Yeaker and Cronin denied me!
you should check the law!

What are you talking about?? Anyone who calls themself a "Social Worker" must be licensed with a Degree.
SO what is the reason your children were removed from your custody??

Just realized typo on Rodney Yeaker, FOC Couselor, Oakland County, Michigan! Rodney Yeaker has been with Oakland County 10 years! I cannot believe our tax dollars pay for such a corrup person! Worse yet he ruins lives!
