Oakley Trucking I believe work injury led to me being let go. North Little Rock Arkansas

I worked for this company through a owner-operator and pulled a pneumatic vac trailer.

I suffered an on the job injury and was off work for about 2 months and that has left me with permanent damage and lifetime medication, i am still able to work and i am still employed at another employer today. When i returned to work 2 months later i noticed the owner-operator and company personnel were friendly still but i could also tell they didn't quite treat me the same way. Then about 3 months later after making a delivery i was suddenly called by my dispatcher first to come to the yard and after receiving that call the owner-operator called me and said he needed to tell me he was selling his trucks and only keeping his.

I asked him who was buying them and he said some drivers he had lined up and i asked him to sell me one of them and he said he couldn't due to my spotty credit (although) most of the guys who he sold them too had just as spotty credit. He then said i have to let you go, i asked why? He replied they don't want you here. I then pressed him but he refused to explain why. I have no doubt that Oakley and this owner operator wanted me gone and i believe it was Oakley Trucking who was forcing thier hand for him to let me go due to my on the job injury back in 2011.

I am still angry over this and believe this company done me wrong due to an injury i suffered and it wasn't as if i didn't want to work, i returned just as soon as my doctor released me.
