Oaks of Justice is contacting First Time Non-Violent Prisoners to apply for a release  thru Oaks of Justice for a Prison Furlough to serve their sentence at home,  for a fee, calculated on length o sentence, ranging from $5000 to $15,000 paid to Oaks of Justice with a percentage refunded at end of sentence.

Also prisoner pays about $350 to have their case reviewed by Oaks of Justice, independent contractor.  The released inmate would wear a device on their arm to monitor their location  sold by Oaks of Justice.   If there is a violation and inmate reenters prison the entire dollar amount is forfeited to Oaks of Justice.

Oaks of Justice is sending emails to Prison Camps for inmates to register.  They are alluding they will get government support and funding for their program...where government will buy their monitor bracelets.  There is no proof that the government is doing this.  Prisoners are the most vulnerable population as they all want to be released. The prison system is run by the BOP Bureau of Prisons...and they have not approved or commented on this program.

Motive is for Oaks of Justice  to sell their wrist monitroing bracelet to government and receive furlough money from Inmates.

There is no indication that the BOP will relinquish their control over an early release inmate.  And never has an Inmate PAID for early release.

This is latest letter to inmates:

This past Friday, the government announced that it was reopening for 3 weeks. Obviously, we are pleased to hear this and know that you are too. Some progress is better than no progress. As of the writing of this, we are not 100% sure that any funding for our program was included in the short-term spending bill that the President has signed into law. We will learn more on Monday or Tuesday and will update you just as soon as we are able to move forward. We are as ready as we can be on our end. We are sending this email out to everyone that we have outside contact information on. It is our first of such emails and is a test of how we will proceed when we do get the go word. As of right now, we have over 500 confirmed participants and over 500 representatives. We want you to know as soon as we know. We will not be collecting any money until we get ready to move forward. We will NOT collect any money until we earn it. We realize that you are as ready as we are to get this moving. Believe us when we say this we all believe in a cause and we receive no pay until we get started officially. Please just watch your email and we will send you the applications through it once we are ready. Each of you are as important as each of us to this program's success. Thank you for your interest in our program.
