Oakwood turned what should have been a happy experiance, into the worst nightmare ever. Due to there Fraudulent appraisal, Misrepresentations to make a sale, and arranging a rep. with Eagle Mortgage (which just so happens to be a personal friend of the Fianance manager of oakwood!) to meet with us and to convince us that after we make three large payments, we can refinace, and drop I payments and intrest rate.
Once the sale closed and our three months was up, low and behold they will not refi. the loan, no other bank will refi. the loan due to us owing $20,000.00 more than the value of the home, forced us in to bankrupcy, then Oakwood decides to sell our note to another lender to get us off there backs. Well guess what Oakwood and eagle mortgage, we are NOT going away. Steve @ eagle, and Dave @ Oakwood, as well as the corp. Hope you are ready for legal action!
