 Oakwood Forest ripping off people everyday the try to lure people to move in their community by offering supposly free month rent and flat screens and other things but trust me someway or another they end up charging you for it management is very very rude they never do anything productive other than to take your money They take forever to fix anything in the mobile home the crime there is outrageous people be stealing your stuff cops are in and out that community. Many people living there use and sell drugs. The water prices are outrageous even if you don't really use it this place is just horrible that's why I personally moved and several other people have moved and moved there homes too trust me there better mobile home communities than this piece of crap place

New Management At Oakwood Forest

Since November 1st, Oakwood Forest has been managed by a new and dedicated Community Manager and since then all work orders are addressed within 48 hours, unless it is a water issue in which it is addressed that same day or the very next day. The community has had one report of a break in this past month.

In regards to high water bills, if a resident reports a high water bill the community will do a complete check inside the rental home, test the meter and also look under the home for any leaking pipes. If the community does find a leak they will address it immediately.  If a water bill is reported high on a home owned by the resident the community will complete a 10 gallon pressure test on the meter and see if there are any leaks at the meter which is on the communitys' end, the homeowner is responsible for testing and deteaking leaks within their own home if they do own it. 

Prior to the new community manager's arrival, the previous manager was not tracking work orders as carefully, but the new manager and her team have been working diligently to make sure any past issues are addressed. Any discrepancies the community has encountered in the past month due to the previous manager, they have worked to issue water and sewer credits with RM approval and have addressed work orders the same day.
