Oakwood Mobile Homes cheat customers by not fully disclosing about cheap substandard building materials ripoff Wichita Falls Texas Internet

My wife and I purchased this mobile home from Oakwood Manufacturers in late 1994. When they delivered it to set it up they turned on the water and left. The hot water heater was not plumbed correctly and flooded the back bathroom and hallway down to the kitchen. This has caused the floor in the bathroom and hallway to rot out and have to be replaced.

Also both the front door and back door are made of very poor materials and both of them are rotted out and need to be replaced.

Finally all the inside water faucets in the kitchen and both bathrooms have had to be replaced because what came with home were substandard and lasted about 1&1/2 years. The water line that is run throughout the home has been banned from use in all mobile homes because of it being substandard as well.

The total cost out of my pocket because of substandard materials and workmanship is $7500. Oakwood knew what they were doing when they used substandard materials and passed them on to there customers.
