We signed up for payday loans, for a first time, and got an email that a deposit was put into our checking from a company, it was $150.00. And they been charging me $45.00 every two weeks since December of 2012, i recently called to find out why i'm still paying. The lady said the 45, is refinance amount, to keep from being late with payments apparently. She also said I need to pay 3 payments, first payment is 95 dollars, second is 80 third is 65, then she said i would be payed off, So i borrowed 150 to pay $465.00 back! please help

Just this Pm I get a call on the way home while driving, MY FRIEND AND Athoney in front seat returned call from Atrlantic Group . in chicago and how the heck may other places?. call was made on speaker phone. I identified the information and they would not give any information becasue she was listening..
APPARENTLY A Loan was taken out with an acocunt ending in digits I have never had with my ex- husbands white trash daughter as a reference.. DID Not TAKE OUT A LOAN NEVER WOULD TAKE OUT A " payday" LOaN AND CERTAinly.. NOT online!
THey have no idea what kind of fight I will put up and they can not attach. MY INCOME! OAKWOOD/ aTLANTIC DO NOT Have a correct Address.
Thinking' dead ex- husband- BOO- h*o-- NOT and its white trash daughter did this..
guessit is time to take dogs to its grave to pee or poop on it

Every State and Provence in North America has a referral service to No Charge credit counseling agencies. If not the US Government runs one for your state also.
Many in Canada are Government run.
Call your local State Government office or search on the internet.
Be careful to ask about cost before you talk to an advisor though!
They will be able advise you on your legal responsibilities and what you can do to get rid of this scam company.
