Oakwood Services LLC NEVER HEARD OF THEM IN MY LIFE!!! Internet

I just recieved several calls back to back, in which a woman first informed me (for the first time) that "I had taken a payday loan out in 2011. I informed her I had not and had never even heard of this company to which she was refering.

I asked her to repeat this information so I could take it down for myself, and she did although she tried to out talk me. She then transferred me to a man "Michael", to whom I began conversating with. Again, we went over this information they had on me, all my personal info. He even told me with whom I had worked for at the time. It bothers me greatly, because both employers had all my info, and I had trouble with one concerning my w-2.

He said he could not give me more information, whenever I asked questions reqarding this account. He now wanted to know if I wanted to resolve this, or allow it on my trw and go to court. I dont mind fighting in court regarding something I "know"I did not do, I just don't want this on my trw.

I felt like I was stuck in a bad position, so I gave him the number to my cc, and he said " he would make sure that this would be resolved in three payments". It just doesn't feel right. Something is so out of order here, what can I do??? I know I didnt make this account but someone with my personal info did. Working for Liberty Tax all of my personal info was openly exposed to the ons who hired me. Here we are five years later and they are after me about it.
