Oan, Billing On Behalf Of Teleseven another rip-off by Punta Vedra Florida

I also had a fraudulant charge for a Directory Assistance call tto Las Vegas, Nevada through OAN Services on behalf of Telseven, LLc.This was supposed to be a 1 minute call but cost a total of $6.32. There is no one at home at my house at the time when this call was supposedly placed!

I did a reverse look-up for the number called-706-555-1212 and found it was at a hotel in Vegas.

Upon calling Verizon I was told that they are not authorized to reverse these charges, and that I'd have to take the matter up with the other companies myself, and was given a number to call to get the charges reversed. That number is another company,INT Express, and I was told by a young man there that he has never heard of OAN or Telseven.

Called Verizon back and another customer rep. agreed to reverse after I told her I had no intention of ever paying the charges.

I later spoke to a friend who happenss to work for Verizon customer service who told me the rep.s have authorization to reverse up to about $50.00 without even talking to their supervisor.

Keep checking those phone bills!! $6 here and there is making some crook a lot of money!
