OAN Service - Teledias Communications the called my house offering a free phone card without any obligation and I went to look at my bill and saw that my bill was being charged by a third party other than my provider Verizon Reno Nevada

I had gotten a call from a company offering me a free phone card with 200 minutes free to call anywhere out of the United states and that I was not obligated to change anything in my phone services. The lady on the other side of the phone said she was with Teledias. I made it clear that I was happy with Verizon and that I had unlimmited local and long distance anywhere in the united states. She again stated that I did no have an obligation with them.

I had not looked right at my bill untill I had made a error on a payment to verizon for the service. when I looked at my bill I noticed that I was bieing charged for anyphone call that was made from my phone. I called verizon and the then told me that I had to call the other provider and asked them to refund the charges on my bill.

When I was able to speak to a representative of Teledias both in spanish and in english the told me that some had gave the permission to change the servie or the would not have changed it when I explain to them what had happen they only told me that they had a recording of when I supposedly excepted the changes, that I had to call the next day to hear it also. The did cancle the service but the did not want to refund me for ay charges made to my account.

My boyfriend now has the number under his name and they still charged him alos after I called then to stop any charges to that number.

This company is not listening to anything that anyone say to them they just keep charging left and righ. I called verizon and they put a block on them and anyother third party from now on.

I filed a complain on with the better business bureau and the send me an email saying that the business no longer exsits at that address.
