OAN Services AKA ACS Billing ripoff Bogus Bill for Privasafe Email Northridge California

I had Qwest recourse the bill to OAN today, Saturday, July 31, 2004

Their phone numbers all leave you on permanent hold tried twice, service hung up on me both times after about 30 minutes of waiting, which suggests it may be just a recording.

Their web site is totally useless ... it is just a single page telling you to call them.

No replies to emails asking them to cease and desist, no response to letter mailed to them asking them to cease and desist.

I will send a certified, return response guaranteed letter to them on Monday, to make absolutely certain they have received notice of my intent to dispute their bill. I intend to engage legal assistance this week. I have no intent of letting them get away with this.
