This $16.00 charge appeared on my phone bill. I called the company and explained I did not order thier service and did not know what kind of service it was. After 20 minutes of debating "who did charge it", the lady informed me that it would be credited to my account. It's been 2 months and the charges still appear on my bill as a "FOWARD AMOUNT", because from the beginning, I deducted the amount from bill and continue to do so every month. I will not pay for a service I did not authorize. "OAN SERVICES, INC." billed me on behalf of "ODYSSEY COMM SVCS". Now you have three companies involved including my phone provider. With all the scams going on today, I suggest that if you didn't order it, don't pay for it.
