I have had fraudulent, unauthorized charges by OAN Services Inc allegedly on behalf of a company called Laurentel placed on my AT&T phone bill.
I called the toll free number, clearly was speaking to some foreign person who told me she could not help me as my phone number was not in their database. She refused to give me any info or to credit my account.
I called AT&T who charged back the fees to OAN, but they were unable to tell me how the charges got on the account as I have an authorization code to supposedly prevent cramming, slamming, etc.
I then filed a complaint online with the FCC. I urge everyone who is victimized by OAN Services Inc to do the same. It took me only 5 minutes.

Where these charges originated

I, too, was the victim of these unknown charges on my AT&T phone bill about 2 years ago.
The charges originate from a company who gives out live tlephone phone support for computer problems, then collects a recurring monthly charge (via your phone bill) if you don't immediately cancel the service after the support session. It's in their fine print.
Did you recently get some help with a computer problem? Or, did a family member get some computer help on the phone?
My son is the one who did it in my household, but he never told me about it. I happened to check my AT&T bill 3 months later and happened to notice the erroneous charges. I then looked back through my bills and noticed that I had been charged for a total of 3 months.
AT&T refunded all the money these guys collected, so there was no problem getting my money back.
My advice is to always read the fine print whenever you see it...
