OAN Services, PrivaSafe E-mail Svc ripoff, dishonest, sneaky, fraudulent, billing Internet

I was billed an extra $17.58 on my phone bill for services that this company crammed onto my phone bill without my permission to make money off an unsuspecting person. This is a very sneaky dishonest way to rip off the public of their hard earned money. And it is stated that " if you fail to pay these charges, the service provider my pursue collections" This is total crap. This is a scare tactic to make people pay for this stuff and it should be illegal. When I tried to call their number at 800 892-8424 I was told they were having technical difficulties and to call back in 30 minutes. I called back an hour later and was told to call back in 30 minutes again. I do not have the time to deal with this nonsense. I will not pay this bill. This company needs to be put out of business for their sneaky underhanded screw the public way of doing business.
