I received by SBC phone bill with a charge of $6.65 billed by Telseven for a 555-1212 call on July 27, 2004 at 6:00am. I contact SBC for credit, who in turn stated I needed to contact Telseven\OAN for credit, which I've attempted to do several times only to receive the standard voice recording of... "all circuits are currently busy; please try your call again later."
