THESE TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANIES ARE USING OAN TO COLLECT THESE CHARGES- OAN IS BEING PAID AND THEN WE ARE ALL BEING BILLED THROUGH THE CHARGES FOUND ON OUR LOCAL PHONE BILL- OAN AND THE COMPANIES THAT WORK THROUGH OAN JUST GOT YOUR MONEY!
