OASAP OASAP.com Makes it impossible to return any items Internet

OASAP charges you to ship your clothes, and charges by the number of days you select.  However, even though I chose 2 day shipping, they didn't ship my clothes for almost a week.  Then the package arrived with clothes that were labeled the size I ordered but were no way even close to that size.  They were atleast two sizes off.  The package also came without a packing slip, and without any information on how to return items and without a return address. 

Then when I attempted to go online and request return information on their website,  the website claimed my password was wrong and wouldn't let me sign in.  When I hit the 'forgot password' link, it claims an email was sent, and the email never came.  I requested my password three times and no emails ever came.  There is also no contact information on their site to contact them.  They purposely make it impossible to return items.  They didn't have an issue charging my credit card though.
