Please BEWARE!!! These people are scamming probably hundreds of people around the country using different names. Most recently setup in Southlake, TX as Oasis Getaway LLC, at 2485 E. Southlake Blvd., Suite 100, they lure you into a sales presentation that even the best of us cannot turn down. Once you have signed up you cannot back out or cancel because they have (unknowing to you) back-dated your contract to make you ineligible for the cancel clause. By then they have your credit card information and are using it. FRAUD! STAY AWAY! If you go to their web site there are no "real" deals there. They will promise you they can get you what you want if you call their representatives, but they do not return your calls and outright tell you what you want is not available "yet". They are a front-end for RSI, a Florida based vacation club company.

Timeshare Scam

A timeshare purchase is never a good idea. Some people buy them with the idea of a financial investment, but a timeshare is not a good investment at all. Besides, there are lots of fees involved. This is a good article that has good information about timeshares: http://www.timesharescam.com/blog/206-how-to-get-out-of-a-timeshare/

Since we bought into this travel club - Everyone in the office was very helpful. The guy that sold us the package told us they had just moved about 3 months ago from up north where they sold this product and within a couple months of our sale they had moved to Oklahoma City.
Once you quit working with them and you start working through the Oasis web site - these people are just a "bad" travel agency. They do not answer calls. They seem to have some great deals but you have a time limit of when you can purchase them - so you can't get them on the phone to purchase the trip. If you send them a email they will respond in 3 or 4 days but the email doesn't discuss the vacation information you request - seems to be something they randomly pick up - plus they charge you a fee in the quote if you purchase a trip. (As if the $6000 we paid to get into this wasn't bad enough!)
If you go in and choose something off their website it actually takes you into RCI which is owned by Wyndam. We are members of Wyndam/RCI - so we spoke to them and they said this company goes in and picks up their RCI Last Minute Vacations that aren't used and tries to sale them. They turned them in to their management while we were there.
Can't tell you how disappointed we are. We will never use them because #1 - you can't get ahold of them. #2 - we refuse to pay them a fee - #3 their serverice is horrible and I would be afraid they would not actually book your trip.
