Oates energy inc Steal peoples money without sending them a bill and charge unrealistic $15 fee Jacksonville Florida

I am never late on my bills with anybody exept this company "oates energy" in Jacksonville FL, I dont know how they do it just yet but so far what I learned is that they on purpose will send in a late bill in the mail stating that I did not pay my bill, they never sent me one. How am I suppose to keep track? Besides they dont offer automatic payment either, make a wild guess why? With unrealistic fee of $15 per customer on 10,000 residences thats $150,000 in a quick month. No wonder why they are doing it. I call it a dirty business and they are getting away with it. I still haven't figured out yet why I paid my late bill 2 weeks ago and they just sent me a late bill again. They must have some kind of plan where they dont bill on the same day but change dates as they wish. Wow someone please get these crooks out of business. What goes around comes around
