Obermiller Seamless, Inc. Sold poor windows, installed them poorly, refuses to correct problems. Grand Island, Nebraska

We built our own house and contracted with Obermiller Seamless to furnish and install windows and patio doors.  Windows were poor quality.  Six had failed seals of double paned glass.  One large window pane broke from a manufacturing defect.  It took three months each to replace two windows.  The other four they refused to replace.  Installation was also faulty.  During blowing rains, water comes in around window frames. 

A screen on a patio door is unusable because it blows off in the wind.  Patio doors open only with great difficulty by rocking sliding door back and forth.  The contract specified aluminum screens.  They came with fiberglas screens.  Obermiller refused to install aluminum screens and told me to take them to a hardware store and get them changed myself.  Barry Obermiller refuses to correct the problems.
