On March 19th I asked that they Oberon/Gamesaver/Chill/IPlay cancel my account. They coutinued to take money 4 mos later and on the 4th month they say they want to close my account because of not being able to collect. This is after they cause my account to go over the limit with their charges. This is $9.95 a month on your charge account and you know something is NO GOOD when they do not put a 1-800 number next to their charges. It is almost impossible to contact them.
I followed their instructions to cancel the plan but when you get to the end it says you are not a customer - cannot continue. This is ridiculous!!! They are a rip off. I told them I want my money back now. Do not get games from them - robbers and thieves they are!!!
