I joined in Dec 08 with a two month subscription minimum for 9.99 a month I downloaded games in Dec/Jan/Feb after that I was unable to download games - cancelled my membership April 24 09 - they keep charging me - I am froze out of my account - cannot download games even though I am still be charged. When I try to reset password - computer locks up - sent email's repeatedly no response. Will continue to try to reset my password so that I can update/remove my cc info.

Oberon Media telephoned today. I was able to get into my account and download a game, Oberon is sending a contact person name so that if I have a problem with cancelation after downloading a game. The games that I have downloaded I have not had a problem with. I accessed my account by terms and conditions on their website as the 'sign in' screen remained frozen and would not let me have access. Thank you for calling Oberon Media....
