This report is filled with nothing but FAKE NEWS. The company is NOT a scam or anything close to a scam. We are a HUD-Approved Full Eagle Lender; anybody who is experienced in the industry knows the amount of money and work it takes to become approved for that honor. You must have a minimum of a million-dollar net worth and maintain that over the course of your approval. The company is very legitimate and licensed in 16 states. There have indeed been a few orders from three states which are listed on the NMLS. The biggest one came from CA, when we failed to file the annual report. You can read about these on the NMLS consumer access site, NMLS 1425046.

The FAKE NEWS also states that I have been convicted of mortgage fraud and sued over eight time in MD and FL. This part is hilarous. There is no way that any state would allow me to work in the mortgage industry if any of this were true. Anbody that is currently in the business would know that anybody that had those type of problems would never be allowed in the industry. People with felonies and lawsuits are banned from working anywhere or with anybody in mortgages. Raymond Moatz did owe 1st Continental Mortgage from 1998 to 2010. He was forced to close down because a lot of the outside loan officers and branches commited fraud against him and his company. In 2010 Raymond Moatz and his ex-wife started Sentrix Financial which turned into an extremly profitable and in turn was sold to a company out of India, I3 Lending. I3 Lending is still in business and working with the loan officers that Sentrix started out with.

Obsidian has not reached anywhere near the 117 loan officers; it currently has more then 40 with whom we are working with. We require our loan officers to close at least two loans a month, either on the lending side or wholesale side. We are signed up with A paper lenders such as Wells, Chase, Suntrust, Provident with over 50 others. We offer a wide range of products to our loan officer on our warehouse side with in house UW. As mentioned, we are FHA Full Eagle, and we can UW loans down to a 560 credit score, as well as VA, USDA, Reverse and Non-QM loans where YSP is NOT disclosed. The only thing you should be running is to sign up with us ASAP. We have plenty of loan officer and referances to verify our honesty and interigty.
