This company has been a headache since the beginning but the latest issue is the worse. my husband has a locking device from OC Auto Sense and one of their employees turned off the device by error and that is automatically reported to the DMV. The DMV sends my husband a letter that his license is suspended. Never heard from OC Auto Sense about this mistake! Spoke with Kevin from OC Auto Sense last Monday he said he would take care of it and call the DMV to correct this and my husband should receive a form in the mail showing his license is reinstate. After almost two weeks of not hearing from him we decides to call and he denied everything and didn't want to help anymore and also hung up on us.
Well we found out from the DMV that his company OC Auto Sense would have to pay a fee for the mistake. Bingo! We have been paying this company on time monthly for crappy service. When we first had this devide installed Kevin's wife stated that they make $50k a month! Something isn't right, this is a company that is on the DMV's referral list so someone is not doing their job at the DMV. If you need a locking device which I pray that you don't but if you do, STAY AWAY FROM OC AUTO SENSE! Find a reputable company, research them through reviews, the BBB any resource you can find to verify they are legit. Do the DMV's job.
