I brought my new car to this store

to install an entertainment package that includes a 15.5" LCD, a DVD player & all needed material/hardware as well as installation labor - They asked for $900.00 & both sides settled for $750.00 for entire deal.

However, their poorly trained technicians / installers pulled everything inside & left it opened for a good 3hrs - when I approached to find out what's going on, they said I need to pay another $250 for a module that they have in stock. I argued because what the said was all non-sense - b/c my car is a brand new 2008 model that comes with everything needed already. They couldn't convinced me to pay that $250, then they tried to rip me off by forcing me to buy an audio module for another $100.00 - too sick to argue anymore & couldn't afford them to screw up the car any further - I just paid another $100.00 to get over with...

...After a good 6.5hrs of waiting (they promised 2.5hrs), they gave me the car back with nothing worked properly. They even screwed up my entire interior lights b/c of improperly / incorrect wire tappings.

The DVD player was in used condition and couldn't play or eject any disc even what they put in - with no force, the installed DVD player (underneath the seat) bounced back n forth and flied in the car when I accelerated / stopped; The LCD was installed in the most stupid way - right below the lowest point of the roof & showed 4 gaps @ 4 corners opened. The LCD has to be turned off every single time you turn on the ignition & it already had dead pixels scattered through out the screen....etc.

These two ridiculous store runners were super rude & once they realized
that their mess were un-covered; they turned back to the store & told me
that they had no time to resolve issues, etc.

They (the fooled staffs & 2 main guys there, one named ABE?) They are very dishonest, unprofessional and simply are scammers. Their business license should be revoked - they should be brought to face justice. This kind of negative fraudulent practices should not be allowed to exist.

Please be careful when you plan to do business with them !!!
