I have been getting my car washed for years at this location. February 25, 2013 after gasing up I proceed to get a car wash. I entered car wash ok and got my truck washed ok. after truck was washed the exit sign came on and I proceed on my way out the dryer started to open and then stopped on the hood of my truck so I back up still in the car wash. door closed on me leaving me trapped in the car wash.
i wait for a few seconds thinking that the door would repopen but did not right now i am between the dryer and the wash. Then the exit sign came back on and I proceed to exit. This time the gate slammed down hard on my hood causing damage and I was stuck. If I tried to pull back out the the gate dragged across my hood.
Finally one of the works saw me stuck and came to open the gate manually. I wasn't upset yet because I just assumed they would fix the damage caused to my truck. I talked to the manager and they gave me 3 pages of forms to fill out and said I should hear from their insurance company within 2 days.
I never got any calls! I called the car wash and they said I need to talk to their insurance agency and they gave me a number. I call it and it was disconnected!!! I call back to the car wash and they told me thats the only number I can call. I keep getting this run around for two months now and no one has contacted me about fixing the damage to my truck!
I am mad as hell!!!
