  To my fault I quickly accepted a position with this company without signing a contract or suffficient training. I spoke with the president one day and 2 days later I was ona plane .

I never recieved full pay while on the property. In addition I would have to pay the diffrence to have my funds wired when they were the reason for me not recievinf pay. Countless request in writing for a contract and filing payroll procedure upon leaving, none which were responded to.

Notified company I was no longer interested in position and was told I would not be flown back home for 2 weeks, which was a policy reportedly but it never was shown to me. When I drove 16 hours to get home myself in the rental that was luckily rented in my name. I was told by the President she would report the car stolen. Fortunately, I was able to contact Avis and return the vehicle in this state. Bottom Line, they are AWESOME salesmen, get it in writing upfront regarding your pay. Im catching hell getting what is owed to meand probaly never will, however, I am going through all the proper channels to pursue my funds that are do. Its going to be a little complicated due to the logistics, however, I am workin gon that now.

Get it in writing. get it in writing. On top of my leaving, the client was just as disappointed as I was, they requested the comany leave the property. Guess they will have to go after the client to get their money like I am having to do to get mine.  Minority owned firm with great potential and past success, but get it in wriiting. I cant even obtain a copy of what they supposedly paid me for.    I read a report of a similiar status on merchantile review from another former employee, if u dont wanna get burned due your research
