OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SOLUTIONS DR. BROWN, MREDICAL REVIEW OFFICER FALSE POSITIVE ON DOT RANDOM DRUG TEST FT WORTH Texas

I was subject to a DOT random drug test on April 12, 2016.  No big deal, I don't do drugs.  The medical review officer called me 3 days later to ask what type of prescriptions I take and asked him why>  He stated my UA came back positive for amphetimines.  I told hm I take phentermine and he said, "that'll do it, please send me a copy of the sript."

No problem, sent it right away and then he called me on 4/18 and said I was positive for amphetimines!  This cost me my job and driving career, the DOT tests are no joke.

So now I have to take counciling, lose my job and pay hundreds of dollars because of an arrogant p***k he still refused to accespt my legitimate reason for a false positive.

I have never done drugs, don't associate with people who do drugs, never been busted for drugs or had a dirty UA.
