Ocean Air Care Used Coupon, big mistake, didn't check out internet first Woodland Hills, California

I used a coupon to have my ducts cleaned for $42.00.  Wow, these guys are shameful.  They came into my home, could tell I was very busy and I hate to say it but took extra advantage of me being a woman.  They told me that my heater would blow up and that I had at least 4-6 ducts that needed mending.  Well, $367.00 later, now that it is cold, we sit in freezing cold rooms since they never cleaned the ducts.  They were in and out before I knew it. If I could get an attorney just to make a point I would but of course the cost for an attorney is too much.  These guys are real good of taking advantage of people and then don't even do the job.  I would love to see them go out of business so no others would have to go through what I did. 

Now I have to hire a duct company, when I can afford it, and have my ducts cleaned and fixed.   Meanwhile I sit in the cold.  There was absolutely nothing wrong with the heater but the heat cannot get to me.  Please, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They are rip off artists who feel no shame even when called on it.  I hope they are called on this some day and pay their dues.
