I purchased a Kindle tablet with a two year protection plan July 30,2014. It worked a little over an month I contacted them by internet, could not be reached by phone I file the claim in august. They denied without a reason. I was charged for a worthless tablet along with a protection plan. How in the world could they do this. I will never order anything from them or Amazon, because I was under amazon site.
