We made a purchase from the company via Amazon.  When we received the item (which was poorly packaged—a $60 electrical item sent in a tyvek envelope with no padding), it was dead on arrival, so we naturally contacted the vendor to ask for a replacement or refund, since they claimed to have a 30-day return period.  The vendor did not reply to our request until the day after the 30-day return period closed, stating they did not accept returns after 30 days.  This tactic is dishonest, disingenuous, and speaks volumes about the type of company this is.  We will not purchase from them in the future and would strongly recommend other consumers avoid this scam of a company as well.
