Ocean state job lot Refused to return the product or replace it New Britain CT

On July 3rd 2018 I purchased an ocean breeze 8000 BTU air conditioner this thing is the biggest hunk of junk I've ever purchased in my life. It's in my bedroom which is 180 sq ft and it's like a sauna I went to return the item either for a refund or replacement which I really don't want Ocean Breeze anything, and because I didn't have the original packaging I can't return it so I'm out two hundred and something dollars because I have an 8000 BTU paperweight.

I do a lot of business with Ocean State Job Lot but no more Walmart and Amazon will get my business from now on as I would never have that problem there the only reason I purchased the air conditioner from Ocean State was because I needed it that day as mine died because of the heat wave It's still hot and I just purchased another new one from Best Buy sorry Ocean State poor poor customer service you should be ashamed of yourselves.
