I bought a property from Morris Invest in Indianapolis, the close documents are signed 3/21/18. Morris recomended Blue Sky as the property management co, that i hired.
I received one rent payment for May. Blue Sky closed so they recomended Home River, which I tried to hire, but no one would return my call or resspond to my emails, so I hired a Management Co on my own out side Morris Invest. The new management company found out that a Marsha Davis from Oceanpoint/Blue Sky came by and collected the rent in cash and they didn't forward it to me for August, July, June and rerage of April.
Although a laison from Morris Invest has been comunicating and responding to all my request, I still feel that as thier investor I should not be in this situation and hold them responsible for my rent payments.
