 I am 56 years old  have a great LTV    have alot of equity in my lake property well drainfield  foundation  in floor heat landscape etc   paid for    needed 100k for a 400k project  home shop on lake     he reviewed said no problem was approved but need a refundable 500 dollar deposit. as dumb as it sounds I bought into it. cause I am desperate. Hes so smooth caught me off guard   anyway weeks went by nothing then finally a answer   sorry cant do it  he was lied to   said friday he will refund  I said ok   I got ill for 10 days never bothered him   looked at email calls etc  nothing  tried calling everyday polite  nothing   been 3 weeks nothing    he is a total scmmer con artist  I was taken  worse wasted 3 months now late fall   dont know what I am going toi do right now   Please everyone do not believe this total con artist   he is a really smooth crook   corey coulson minnesota
