Ockwen Loan Servicing, LLC Ocwen Liers Made my Family Invisible! Stated that my house was vacant while my family and I never left the home West Palm Beach, Florida

Liers!!!
I applied for an originally Countrywide loan midification through Ocwen (now servicing the loan). On Christmas eve I received a letter from them denying my loan modification and invited to an interview over the phone with a "specialist". When it happened I spoke with someone who sounded as if he was calling from another country. He could not answer all of my questions and when he answered quenstions he sounded as if reading from a script. He made me believe that a sale date on my house would be frozen if I applied for a application for a short sale. I then did so. But when I asked my layers' cpmpany to check I was told that the sale date was still active.
Then I received a letter from Ocwen letter  which stated that a recent inspection of my property indicated that my property was indicated as vacant and/or unsecured. This is a false accusation, as I have not left my house at since when I first bought it in 2007.  I live in this property with my two children, niece, sister, a live-in nanny, our cat (Zoe) and our two dogs (Coby and Xuxa).
The property is well secured and never vacant as it was suggested by Ocwensinspection report. I live in a gated community and all visitors are accounted for and announced prior to entering. It appears that no inspection was ever performed and this report has been falsified.
